Double digits

Josh got weighed on Friday and he was a whopping 10 pounds even! As we have said before, we are thrilled with his progress. We are slowly weaning him off his oxygen. A few hours a day and he is doing fine. As long as he keeps gaining, we may be totally off by Thanksgiving.

Fall is here and in the next few weeks we will become hermits. No public places for the little guy until the end of RSV season. We will be screening visitors. If anyone is sick or even has a sick one in the family it's no visit. We don't want any admissions back to the hospital. It was a one-way ticket out of there! As much as he is looking wonderful and behaving like a perfectly normal full termer, the fact is, he isn't, and we have to be dilligent still in keeping those nasty germs away. Have a great night and we will keep you all posted. I will have some new pics soon.

Great Job!
I'm so glad that things are going well and as planned.
I don't blame you about not letting someone in if they're sick or has someone sick in their house.
Josh has come along way and there's NO turning back.
Lots of good luck coming your way.

I am so excited about the weight gain! Good for you for letting everyone know about RSV and the dangers to little ones. Been there, done that, and wouldn't wish it on anyone. Maybe by next month, Josh will be plump like a little turkey!

love ya,
